Haven’t been to a salon for many years to even just get a trim, so finding the right one has been hard especially feeling that sense of being welcomed. Until I came across Penny Kay Salon this weekend! 10/10 experience. A little nervous at first but with the beautiful service from all the staff & just the atmosphere definitely made me feel super relaxed! I had Clara look after me & the customer service was just amazing. Felt at ease, comfortable & most importantly heard! Definitely will be back 😊

I hadn’t had my hair done in over 10 years, and walking in I was a little nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived.
